The Two-piece Thread Forged Fixed Ball Valve is a specialized fluid control device engineered for sanitary and high-pressure applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Forged from 304 stainless steel, the body features a compact structure with high strength. Both interior and exterior mirror polishing ensures compliance with industry standards such as GMP, DIN, and 3A, guaranteeing contamination-free material contact.

The product offers distinct advantages: The two-piece design, combined with internal/external threaded connections, balances installation stability with maintenance convenience. A spherical ball disc enables rapid on/off operation, while high-performance sealing materials such as PTFE and EPDM provide excellent sealing integrity and corrosion resistance. This allows for stable operation across various media—including gases, liquids, oils, and steam—under a wide temperature range of -29°C to 425°C and a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa, with pressure resistance reaching up to 2000 psi.
