Sanitary Threaded Forged Three-Way Ball Valve

This sanitary threaded forged three-way ball valve complies with multiple international hygienic standards, including DIN, 3A, SMS, and ISO/IDF. It serves as a core fluid control component for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering.

The valve features a 304/316L stainless steel forged body with mirror polishing on both inner and outer surfaces, eliminating sanitary dead legs. Paired with food-grade sealing materials such as PTFE and EPDM, it meets FDA and GMP requirements, ensuring the safe transfer of media such as gas, liquid, and steam. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 425°C and has a nominal pressure rating of 1.6 MPa (with higher pressures available upon request). The nominal diameter range covers DN15 to DN200mm.

Structurally, the valve integrates a stainless steel lever handle with a three-way flow path design, supporting L-type and T-type flow direction switching for effective fluid diversion and mixing. Connection options include clamp, tri-clamp, and threaded ends. Every valve undergoes 100% pressure testing to ensure reliable sealing, effortless operation, and a simple 90° rotation for quick opening and closing. With strong corrosion resistance and easy maintenance, this valve is widely used in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical production lines, guaranteeing both hygiene and efficiency in fluid transfer.
