Hygienic Straight-Through Ball Valve
The Hygienic Straight-Through Ball Valve is specifically engineered for industries with high cleanliness requirements, such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, and cosmetics. Constructed from high-quality SS316L stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, acid-alkali resistance, and high hygiene standards, fully compliant with international sanitary certifications including GMP, FDA, and ASME BPE.
The valve features a full-bore straight-through design. Its internal flow path is smooth and free of dead ends, effectively preventing media residue and bacterial growth, thereby ensuring the purity and safety of fluid transfer. The end connections utilize Tri-Clamp fittings, allowing for quick disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization. This design perfectly integrates with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) systems. The internal surface undergoes precision polishing, achieving a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, meeting stringent hygienic process requirements.
Operation is simple and convenient; a 90° rotation of the lever handle achieves on/off control. The valve provides rapid opening and closing with reliable sealing. The seat is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), which possesses excellent chemical stability and sealing performance, ensuring long-term stable operation even under high temperature or high-pressure conditions.
Available in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN1200, this valve is widely used in pipeline control systems for media such as purified water, pharmaceutical liquids, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, and condiments. It is an indispensable key component in modern sanitary fluid engineering.
